The living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and plenty of comfy seating, making it ideal for movie nights or casual conversations.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, while the adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for family dinners at the beautiful Thomas Moser dining table!

The chalet boasts three spacious bedrooms, providing the perfect retreat for restful nights.

The main floor king bedroom is a serene escape, offering privacy and convenience.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await, each offering plush beds for maximum comfort.

For larger groups, the bonus den includes four twin beds, creating flexible sleeping arrangements that suit every guest. There is also a bonus room with a futon and coffee table for additional sleeping arrangements and/or lounging.

With two full bathrooms, your group will have ample space to refresh and get ready for the day.

The main floor bathroom is a full bathroom, easily accessible to the king bedroom and living spaces.

If you are traveling with little ones, and would like to have additional amenities on hand to avoid unnecessary packing, please reach out to me directly. We have a young family, totally get it, and are happy to help!

This is a longtime staple rental in Coombs Village, which has served many guests over the years. My family and I assumed ownership of the property in February of 2024, and look forward to welcoming you and your guests for years to come. We know you’ll love the home just as much as we do!

Requests for early check-in and/or late check out will be considered based on availability. Please feel free to ask!


House Rules:
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- Maximum 2 dogs and must have approval first (there are 14 restricted breeds - please inquire)

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. There is a $200 pet fee.
