The master ensuite features an oversized bathtub, a glass shower cubicle, a walk-in closet, two vanities for him & her, and a separate enclosed toilet room. You'll have everything you need to freshen up after a day of exploring. The additional spaces, including 2 futons in the loft, 1 sofa bed in another living room, and 1 futon in the office den, provide ample room for relaxation. Gas fired fireplace, hi-speed internet, large flat screen 4K TV that can either play from your streaming accounts or free streaming options available. Coffee maker, washer, dryer, all appliances, smart thermostats and locks, and many more amenities! Enjoy the landscaped backyard with a cup of coffee in hand. 2 car parking on the driveway and ample parking on the street for free, garage is off limits and is used for owner's supplies. A propane gas BBQ Grill (propane gas cylinders can be purchased from nearby gas and grocery stores). Fall in love with Beaverton and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Beaverton is an old town but the moment you enter this neighborhood the scenery changes to modern, well maintained and elegant space from the old and rather rusty town. From this gem you can walk and explore a real mountain track about 0.7 miles away (Mt. Williams Trail), or go for a fitness jog on the walking track 0.8 miles away (Tualatin Hills park) or walk to the local plaza 0.8 miles away that provides everything from ice creams and fast foods to gym and groceries. You can also go on a 10-min drive to Cedar Hills plaza with hundreds of modern fare options from fine dining to fast food. Not to mention the Pacific ocean is under a 2 hour drive and so is Mount Hood.
