Boise Bungalow is a classic historic Boise home fully renovated in 2024 including the addition of a 4 person hot tub. This single level studio home is ideal for a romantic get-away or a long term stay by a single person or a couple. The entire house has been professionally decorated to create a beautiful calming space for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped with virtually everything you can imagine for meal preparation. A Roku streaming TV in the living room will help to keep you entertained. The ductless minisplit above the kitchen table keeps the house comfortable all year round with both heating and cooling functions. The house is equipped with the fastest internet speed available in that area. Hyde Park is a short walk away for your morning coffee at Hyde Perk or a great meal at one of the many dining establishments.

This property has one Queen bed and one Queen Air Mattress for guests. This is not always clear on all the websites this property is advertised on.

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
