Old Town East is a swiftly gentrifying, diverse, walkable neighborhood with gorgeous historic homes surrounded by a ton of new development and restorations.

Getting around is easy by walking, scooters, Uber, or private car, as we are near 4 major highways and are a 4 minute drive from downtown, 10 minute drive from Ohio State University, 8 minute drive to the Columbus Convention Center and the Arena District, and a 10 minute drive to the Ohio Fairgrounds. We can also get to most places including the suburbs of Columbus in 20-25 minutes or less because we are centrally located.
Be mindful of neighbors as this is an attached house. It is private but there is a shared wall so please be respectful of the house next door. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT, AND NO PARTIES. SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR PARTIES ARE VIOLATIONS THAT YOU AGREE ALLOWS US TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DEPART THE PREMISES UPON REQUEST OF THE OWNER OR THEIR MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE. Quiet hours on front porch and in backyard are 10:30pm to 8am.
