The Space:

The heart of the home features a fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures, from morning coffee to gourmet dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a cozy spot to unwind, equipped with a TV and a record player for music enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite vinyl sounds.



There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, featuring plush king and queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests, as well as 2 bathrooms. The unique "blue room" serves as a versatile space, combining entertainment and functionality; it houses an old-school Pac-Man arcade, a large TV for movie nights, and a work desk for those needing to stay connected. The daybed and giant couch transform into additional sleeping spaces, accommodating everyone comfortably.



Step outside to discover an oasis designed for enjoyment and relaxation. The covered area offers a breezy retreat with seating and a TV, while the outdoor dining area invites al fresco meals beside the gas grill BBQ. The gazebo, with its lounging area and fire pit, becomes a focal point for evening gatherings under the stars. But the fun doesn't stop there; the yard games area, featuring cornhole, a life-size Connect-4, and ring-toss, promises laughter and friendly competition in the sunshine.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
