Just 10 minutes from I-75 and the Georgia National Fairgrounds, this one-room octagon-shaped gazebo cottage offers a romantic and unique escape.

We live nearby, so we available should you need anything.

The Cottage is surrounded by nature and located in a private area on the backside of 5 acres .

There is a beautiful pond in the center of the property that guests are welcome to enjoy! There is also a small barn that all guests can use. There are games inside, and a fire pit area with a comfortable swing.

You must let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a $30 pet fee per night for up to 2 pets.

The cottage is located on the backside of the 5 acre property.

We also have the “barndo” that is located on the front side of property. It sleeps 6 and is available for rent.
We have a campsite that is available for rent. It has water with 30 and 50 amp service. You can bring your own camper or we can set up ours for you.

There is also a small barn in a central location that all guests can use. There are games inside, a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, and a swing.

Free cancellation up to 1 week prior; a $25 fee applies thereafter

We have a hot tub and have recently completed the excavation of a new pond in the center of the property! There are no fish and guests are welcome to swim at their own risk.
If you wish to swim at the Rustic Pines Retreats pond facilities or use the hot tub during the length of stay at your vacation home.
By swimming in the vacation home pond and using the hot tub, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the
pond and or hot tub and are responsible for all persons using the pond and or hot tub during your stay.
Please use hot tub at your own risk and please use caution while using the hot tub. The hot will be inspected after each stay!
• My use of the pond/hot tub facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pond/hot tub and deck equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pond/hot tub area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pond.
5. The risk of injuries from any and all possible bacteria in the pond/hot tub.
• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible
risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the pond/hot tub and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the
conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors,
officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to
my use of the pond/hot tub and pond/hot tub area;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other
cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees
pond or pond area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal
injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pond/hot tub or pond/hot tub area
4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property;
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me,
and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on
my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
I have read and understood this document. I am aware that when I rent this property I am waiving certain
legal rights that I may have against the Releasees, and I fully agree to do so.
