We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- Upon arrival around 10:00 PM, a concern was raised regarding the scent of an air freshener in one bedroom. At approximately 11:00 PM, assistance was offered to visit the home and address the concern in person, which was declined.- No issues related to mold or the condition of the property were identified during the stay, and no such concerns were reported until after a refund request was denied. The home is regularly maintained, and any exterior or weather-related items are addressed as part of ongoing upkeep.- Communication remained open and responsive throughout, and support was offered where possible. The reservation was ended early at the guest’s discretion.- After the reservation had concluded and the property was vacated, the owner was surprised to learn the guest had returned with authorities present. At that time, there was no active stay in place, and no guest issues remained. The matter was handled in accordance with platform policies.The owner consistently works to provide five-star guest experiences, which is reflected in the home’s positive reviews.
