The space
2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Master bedroom has king bed; spare bedroom 2 twin beds. Master bath has walk in closet as well as toilet and shower separate from sink area. Completely stocked for a home away from home. Everything from can opener up to newly updated furniture.

Please note: there is a ring doorbell outside of the unit that has the capability of recording both visual and audio. No recording devices are inside the unit.

-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-Our HOA has scheduled the pest control company to come out on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. This is not an optional service, so please be aware that if you are staying on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, they will enter to spray. It should only take a few minutes. They will knock before entering. You do not have to be there, as they have their own specific code to get in. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
-For security/safety/insurance reasons, there is a ring doorbell beside the front door with capability to record audio and video. We do not monitor this device unless there is reason to, such as a suspected unauthorized pet, report of party, injury, trespassing, etc. Please do not tamper with the device. We will get a notification if this device goes offline or if it is tampered with.

This place is perfect for a short stay! The bed was comfortable (makes such a huge difference!), location was peaceful, and it was really well-equipped. The hosts were really responsive and also upgraded the wifi for us to be able to work easily there, which we really appreciated. Great fridge/stove/oven. The apartment is cute and felt cozy and safe.

Tiffany was a great host very responsive My son left his wallet and she was very helpful with being a liaison between me and the cleaning crew to get the wallet back. The condo is very easy to find and very clean and the tissue was turned into a flower and I thought tht was so cute

The listing was as described in a very convenient location. It was a short drive to pretty much anything Myrtle Beach had to offer. Plenty of room, in a quiet location with a pleasant view of a golf course. Hosts were great with frequent and helpful communication.

The stay here made the entire trip worthwhile! Very clean and comfortable! Great location and within 10 minutes from every thing we wanted to do; beach, shops, attractions and Ripken baseball facility. We loved the peacefulness of the location. The pictures are exactly like what you walk into and the washer/dryer was very useful. Tiffany was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great very close to a lot of attractions!! Literally we drove 10 minutes and we were at the beach, outlet, and restaurants. The screened in patio was a plus and the space of the condo.
There are just a few minor things to keep in mind if traveling with little ones. You are on the 2nd floor and the noise can disturb the neighbors below. However, overall I would highly recommend this place for location, space, and comfort!!

We had a great stay while visiting. We’ve stayed at River Oaks before and Tiffany’s unit is definitely our favorite. Beautiful interior and lots of thoughtful touches like shampoos, soaps, and detergents. Relaxing screened in balcony too. Would stay there again.
