This spacious townhome accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the top level and is fitted with a king-size bed w/ Helix Midnight Mattress, private full bathroom with dual vanities and separate soaking tub and shower, has a sitting area, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and dressers for clothing storage. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, large closet, and vaulted ceilings. The third bedroom has a twin sized bed with twin sized trundle both w/ GreenTea mattresses, a large closet, and vaulted ceilings.

The fourth bedroom is on the first level and has a queen-sized pull-out sofa with memory foam mattress, and a full bathroom

There are three full and one-half bathrooms in this home, each stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay.

The primary bedroom's private bathroom has dual vanities, and a separate soaking tub and shower. The second full bathroom is on the top level and has dual vanities and a regular tub. The third full bathroom is on the first level and has a walk-in shower. The half bath is on the middle level, located off the living room

The spacious and bright kitchen was designed for serious cooking and entertaining! Fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, cookware, and glassware you will feel right at home. With a 4-burner gas cooktop, double convection wall ovens, full sized dishwasher and oversized refrigerator, you will thank yourself for staying with us so you have the ability to make a full Thanksgiving meal if you wanted to!
There is dining seating for 8, and a separate wine bar/coffee bar room.

You are 2 mins from Meadowridge Park and Sports Complex, 5 mins from Historic Old Ellicott City, 7 mins from downtown Columbia, 20 mins from Baltimore City, 40 mins from DC and Annapolis, and 45 mins from Historic Frederick. Howard county has numerous parks, playgrounds, lakes, and walking/biking paths

Self-check in w/ digital locks. You are welcome to use our oversized garage, or park on our extra-long driveway

Other things to note:
• Included in booking - Spot Cleaning and Maintenance every 30 days, first $350/mo of Utilities/Internet, More frequent cleanings, refills and full house cleaning are available at additional cost, to be determined later including mode of payment.
• By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning that may be necessary due to your pets during the stay. No pets are to be left home alone unless crated.

☆☆Guest Agreement☆☆
For all bookings, the guest will be required to sign a Guest Agreement. A copy of this agreement will be provided on demand

By booking, you are stating you give permission to the host to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

Please confirm you will complete the additional guest screening via Safely, sent after booking, and if the results are unacceptable to the host, you will cancel the reservation upon request.

We confirm the number of guests staying in the property to your responses during the booking process and check in. We charge per guest, please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking, or update us prior to additional guests arriving.

Early check-in and late checkout requests need host approval and may have extra fees. Please let us know before booking or as soon as you know if you'll be making a request. We will do our best to accommodate.
