Objektbeschreibung:

Eine saubere und helle Wohnung zu einem günstigen Preis! Es enthält alle grundlegenden Elemente, die Sie benötigen, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Genießen Sie den privaten Balkon mit Meerblick, wenn Sie morgens aufwachen oder abends entspannen. Sie werden es sicherlich zu schätzen wissen, dass Sie sich in der Nähe eines Strandzugangs befinden, der sich neben dem Gebäude befindet. Wenn Sie nicht Lust haben, für einen Tag im Meer zu schwimmen (was sehr unwahrscheinlich ist!), erfrischen Sie sich im Pool. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt vom zentralen Teil von Surf City entfernt.

Das Surf Condominiums ist ein Komplex am Meer, der günstige Unterkünfte zu erschwinglichen Preisen bietet. Alle Unterkünfte verfügen über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof und das Meer. Privatstrandzugänge sind für Bewohner und Gäste verfügbar. Bewohner und Gäste haben auch Zugang zum Pool, der von Mai bis September geöffnet ist. Das Grillen ist in ausgewiesenen Grillbereichen rund um den Komplex erlaubt. Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich vor Ort beim Büro des Eigentümerverbandes der Surf Unit. Münzwaschmaschinen und -trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zwei Autos für jede Eigenschaft erlaubt. Boote, Jetski, Anhänger oder andere große Wasser- oder Lastfahrzeuge sind auf dem Gelände nicht gestattet.

Surf Condo 222 verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer und 1. 5 Badezimmer. Bettgrößen umfassen eine Königin, eine Reihe von Etagenbetten (2 Einzelbetten) und ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Kissen, Aufstriche und Decken sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche wird NICHT bereitgestellt, kann aber gemietet werden.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im Surf Condos-Komplex am 918 N New River Drive in Surf City.

Der Surf Condo Complex bietet Kabel- und W-LAN-Dienste für alle Einheiten. Anmeldeinformationen werden beim Check-in zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great beach condo amazing view & so close to ocean!

The condo was nice it does really needs updated . The view was awesome. It was perfect for our family for the week we spent in it and the beach was very close. I would recommend it to friends and hope to visit again next year!

Weekend Getaway

The Condo was great. The description in the listing was accurate. It was clean and the view was awesome! The 1 and 1/2 bath worked out great for one adult and 2 teens. The pool was nice and clean as well as the grounds. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit could use some paint and updating. There are also some minor maintanance issues that need attention..such as dripping faucet and squeaky bed. It was clean and had everything we needed. We don't spend much time in the condo so it met our needs. The view from the deck is great. The pool is outstanding..although wish it was open later than 8:00 pm.

Great Property

The condo was perfect for my family and located close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked very well. Great private entrance to beach. The internet service was HORRIBLE and the sofa bed shouldn’t be considered a sleeping option because it was not usable for anyone over 100 lbs. We could not stay connected to the internet when we were able to get connected. The pool was kept clean but wished it would have stayed open until 9pm instead of 8pm. It was a great option for the money.

Wonderful Stay

The property was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and well-kept. The faucet in the bathtub had a leak, but Lewis Realty told me that they were taking care of that yesterday, so it should be fixed. Some helpful information - The photograph of the beach is an accurate representation f what you can see from the deck, so it was wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying the ocean. The side windows of the living room face the pool, so it was easy to see whether it was busy or not just by looking out. The condo is up about 25 stairs. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the kitchen implements you could need including both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Cable and wifi worked fine and the wifi is property wide, so we could use it by the pool as well. Parking was very easy - always could find a spot. All in all it was perfect. We had no complaints or difficulties with this condo.

Don’t Stay Here!

My husband and I were so looking forward to vacationing here. However, starting with the door that wouldn’t open things went downhill quickly. you basically have to throw your body weight against the door to open it. The unit had a few dead bugs, the walls throughout the unit are filthy, and all the venting is completely rusted. The furniture is even worse. Threadbare couches and chair that are stained and the kitchen barstools are filthy. The balcony chairs were great and the view is beautiful-very close to the ocean. We moved to a different unit the next day. The complex is great-access to ocean is very good and the pool area is huge. Would not recommend 222! Lewis Property was very good about getting us out of the unit and into another one!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent stay. We greatly appreciate it. All concerns that you brought to our attention have been shared with the homeowners and were addressed. The owner has ordered a new Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat that we are hopeful will be delivered prior to the summer season. They have also freshened up the paint on the interior walls, repainted all of the doors and vent covers, and have had the barstools cleaned. The property receives regular pest control treatments so our cleaners have been asked to pay closer attention when preparing the unit for guests. Other improvements to the property, such as new shower curtain hooks, updated bathroom faucets, a freshened bedskirt for the bedroom, and new hardware for the carport storage door have also been taken care of to help provide future guests with a pleasant experience. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to see you at the beach again soon!

Wonderful view. Outdated rooms.

We loved the view from our room, however the condo was outdated and dirty. Many of the surfaces were dirty and sticky. The walls, baseboards, and corners were not clean. It could use a fresh coat of paint. I would not stay there again.

Perfect beach getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and inviting. The decor was older but I was there for the beach and spent most of my time on the balcony and on the beach. I think hardwoods would work better but like I said I wasn’t there for the inside of the condo. The balcony was perfect. Great views and plenty of seating. The faucet was leaky which was annoying for someone that likes complete silence when sleeping but that can also be fixed. But we had everything we needed. It was bigger than I thought. Well worth the money to me!

Awesome location!

We loved the beach access and the pool availability. Parking was awesome and great places to eat so close. Walked to the surf city pier on the beach everyday and enjoyed the little bar so close! Perfect, perfect getaway!

Great location! Unit could use some updating.

The Surf Condo Complex in Surf City is AMAZING! It has so many amenities! The two I found most wonderful were the in-ground pool and the shower by the beach so you can rinse off after a gorgeous day at the beach. On my next visit, I would book a different unit. This unit has an AMAZING view! The only downside was that the bathrooms needed updating. We will definitely be back next year!
