This was a great place for us to stay for our family reunion. We had two of the apartments and they were perfect for our needs. Close to everything and comfortable. Highly recommend. We will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was the perfect place for us to crash over the holidays. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean and well stocked! We highly recommend staying here!

Highly Recommend

Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do.

Place is clean and pleasantly decorated. Parking is convenient and well maintained throughout our stay, keeping sidewalks and parking areas free of snow and ice. Laundry facilities very adequate. The only downside is this is a basement unit and there is constant noise from upper units. We had to run bathroom exhaust fan and a fan by beds to sleep, so if noise, especially nighttime noise is an issue, this would not be for you. We were not around much during the day but evenings and night was a real nuisance.

Lovely Home Away From Home

This property is very well maintained and cozy. The management was very responsive with communication if needed, and provided a wonderful space with a lot of wonderful amenities. There was access to a great laundry area outside of our unit, as well as ample parking with a garage. The unit is comfortable and had plenty of linens, towels, appliances, kitchen ware, etc. There is also a private entrance going directly outside. The one tiny issue was nothing to do with the space itself, but that it is in the basement and we had people above us that walked around all hours of the night. Had they not been doing that, the stay would’ve been perfect.
