Look no further for the ultimate beach getaway. This newly remodeled second level unit (WITH PARKING) is the perfect location for beach travelers to experience classic Southern California! Located across the street from the beach, you are steps away from the sand, waves, pier, shopping, and restaurants. After a day of enjoying the beach life, relax on the front patio, have a glass of wine or a local brew, and enjoy the sunset from the privacy of your beachfront patio with panoramic ocean views.
This newly remodeled condo with panoramic ocean views from the living room window and patio is perfectly located to experience all Oceanside has to offer.
Steps from the sand, the bedroom features a king size bed and temper pedic mattress, two nightstands, and plenty of closet space.
The living room has a pull out couch which has a queen temper pedic mattress, a flat screen TV, and kitchen featuring all the basics you'll need along with a circular breakfast table. Please find 2 complementary Carlsbad Alkaline Waters upon your arrival. See what makes it so special in our caption on the close up picture of the water bottles we provide.
The full bathroom has a walk in shower with beautiful backsplash, well lit counter, sink, mirror, and a specialty local wood toilet seat and cover.
The front patio is semi-private and has stools and a bar area to setup breakfast, coffee, and post beach sunset happy hour.
Also included in the private one car garage are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. The garage space is big enough for a mid-sized SUV, anything bigger will either not fit or be a really tight squeeze.
