Enjoy cruising the coast in style with the included 6-seater golf cart. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring local shops, or grabbing a bite at a nearby restaurant, you're only a quick 2–3 minute ride away from all the action. Start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the deck, where you can gather around the outdoor dining table for eight or kick back on the cozy outdoor sofas. Sip coffee at sunrise or enjoy a cold drink at sunset—the coastal breeze and peaceful vibes are always included. Take a stroll over to the nearby marina to watch the fishermen come in with their fresh catches, or better yet, book your own fishing adventure and bring home dinner! With ample parking, there's even space to bring your boat along. Whether you're here to relax or explore, Casita Del Mar is your home base for fun, comfort, and a true taste of coastal living.

***Please note that golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.

Beach gear credit is included!
Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
