Important Information – Please Read Before Booking
Special Requests: Portable fans, baby gear (cribs, etc.), and games are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for you.

Beach Gear: We offer beach umbrellas and towels on a first-come, first-served basis. Request them before arrival to ensure availability. Lost or damaged items may result in a replacement fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: May be available with prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

Guest Verification Required: A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided before check-in.

House Rules & Rental Agreement: All guests must read and agree to the house rules and rental agreement prior to arrival.

Guest & Pet Policies

Dogs are allowed with a pet fee. However:

Not allowed on furniture, bedding, or blankets

A cleaning or replacement fee will be charged for any violations

Maximum of 2 dogs per stay

Must remain leashed outside

Must wear ID tags and collars

Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly

No aggressive breeds allowed

A non-refundable pet deposit and daily fee may apply

Security & Damage Protection
Before your booking begins, you will be asked to verify your identity through Know Your Guest. You’ll have two options for protection during your stay:

A refundable security deposit, or

A non-refundable damage waiver (recommended for peace of mind in case of accidental damage)
