Great place to enjoy some down time

Great location and staff. Had an amazing dinner in the Italian restaurant with Great staff. The tiki bar was the perfect place to hangout regulars and staff were very friendly

GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF!

Owner was very nice! We had a slight minor issue and he was there in less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. Walking distance to everything you might need. This resort was very lovely.

Ocean Manor Quick Getaway

First time staying here. Listing was spot on. Great service/support from renter’s agent. Perfect walking distance to spots we wanted to see like Shooter’s Waterfront & the Pier at Lauderdale by the Sea beach. Our floor did get a little noisy Saturday night but otherwise a great stay.

Ok not great

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights to do some surfing and sightseeing. Overall the hotel was ok, the room is outdated and very basic. It was clean enough but the section of the hotel it is in is VERY loud with the elevator right there. One of the neighbors smokes weed 24/7 so the hallway smells all the time. The room locks but does not feel overly secure. Hotel restaurant was great and tiki bar and breakfast stand were good. Location was ok but not the nicest area vs. Lauderdale by the Sea or south of Galt.

Great location and unit

Great location, great pool, on the beach. Tiki bar and restaurant downstairs has great food and (weak) drinks that are delicious. Will stay again for sure.

Nice condo on Galt Mile

Well appointed condo. Looks just like photos. Good restaurant downstairs and many places to eat in the neighborhood. Unit close to elevator so some noise from other visitors. Good value. Recommend.

Short stay for New Years Eve

The condo was built in 1958 when Eisenhower was the U.S. president. The price we paid was elevated but we stayed on NYE and Ocean Manor was very busy. The room has the basics needed for a short stay. It has a small fridge, fans, small cooler, small microwave, and some beach supplies. The wi fi information listed in the 3-ringed binder isn't accessible. There is free wi fi for the building but I only log onto secure networks requiring a password. (yes, I typed in the wi fi listed in the 3-ringed binder and it was "not found")This room is on the side of the building where the dumpsters are located. You will hear the dumpster being emptied at 7:30 am. The landscaping crew will turn on their leaf blowing/trash blowing machines at 7:30 am. Parents let their children run through the halls screaming at 10:30 PM. Dogs will be barking, too. Parking is valet only, as of 12/2024, the cost was 18/day. The beach was full of trash and that was disappointing. We sat next to a family of four that ordered a dozen drinks that were delivered to them on the beach. When the family packed up and left, they left plastic cups, plastic straws and plastic water bottles. A lady in front of me picked up the plastic water bottle and I picked up the rest.

The room was larger than expected and had lots of nice extras such as: floats for the pool, to go travel cups, a wine bottle opener, a cooler, sand toys, and a really nice large kitchen area with a portable grill top. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Just what we needed

The property is beautiful with the pool and both restaurants in great shape as well as the room. Right across the street from a McDonald's and Winn Dixie which was a must for us! Super helpful staff and property manager. We will be back.
