Resort includes on site parking. Ubers/Lyft and taxis are available on the casino level

Property includes 1 king bed and pull out couch. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional $80 per night per guest. Sheets and blanket for pullout couch can be added for an additional $50, as well as 1 rollaway bed for $80/night.

To ensure a seamless arrival experience, all communication will be sent to the email associated with the booking account, including a link to your guest portal. Within the portal, guests are required to complete the online check-in form and add a valid payment method prior to arrival. Reservation details will be released to the front desk once these steps have been completed
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $200.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security


Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, or accompanied by someone who is 21 years old. The names given need to match the reservation.
