Fisherman's Paradise Quiet Country style Lake Home only 20 miles from Disney!!

A quiet and cozy retreat that sits right on a big lake. A huge deck to sit out on and view the water and all of Florida's wildlife. right in the backyard. An accessible boat ramp right in the backyard. Two kayaks are available to use if you'd like to go out on the lake. Also have a large fire pit area. Alligators , birds, and plenty of fish for all you fisherman. Don't forget your poles. When you think of central Florida this type of atmosphere you don't imagine. Because we are right in between Orlando and Tampa.. only 20 miles to Disney's entrance. So if you prefer to get away from all the people and stay somewhere quiet in the countryside but still be only a quick drive to all the action, then look nowhere else. This is the place for you. The interior of the house has just had a lot of upgrades done to it. It is only a 2/2 but both bedrooms are fairly large with both having walk in closets and both have brand new 4k smart TVs installed on the walls. Also in the living room a brand new 86 inch 4k smart TV. All furniture is power reclining and grain leather. Updated ceiling fan. Even have an area in the master bedroom with leather recling sofas. Plenty of extra places for additional guests to sleep. Master bath is large witb updated walk in shower. Guest bath is right next to the guest bedroom and has a tub. Outside on the large deck is a large umbrella with plenty of seating available to sit and look over the lake. Any questions you may have feel free to ask. I do let guests know their are security cameras in use but only outside. Please respect our neighbors and no late night noise and partying. Only registered guests are allowed on property. And unfortunately no pets are allowed. I do ask guests to please respect and help me out by treating my home as it was your own.
