We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was perfect! It was in a quiet area, and we could still walk anywhere on Duval within a few minutes. The pool was fantastic and beds very comfortable.

The house was great, loved having a private pool and the convenience of the location only a block from duval street. Everything was walkable from this home. Linens are nice, good towels, comfortable beds, smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen for cooking as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Little gem in the center of it all. Close to everything with ample availability of street parking. The house is big, cozy, well stocked and the private pool is priceless! Washer dryer are a huge plus as well! Communication was great and check-in/check out process smooth. Bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash if you are staying more than 1-2 nights because there's only one hotel size little bottle of each. Overall Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to everything. Pool was amazing - warm water so welcoming even on a cool day! Back yard setting was private and tropical. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was great with clear check-in information and quick to respond to a question. We would definitely stay here again.
