House is in great location and has plenty of room to accommodate 4-8 people comfortably (there are more beds if you need). It’s an older house with ample charm - definitely a good price given all the room available.

Overall property was great and accommodating to our group. Location was within walking distance to several attractions we visited or just a short drive to others. Only issues we encountered were the separate icemaker did not work and the freezer under the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Would recommend this property and would stay there again!

Very nice older house with plenty of room for everyone. Very good value for the price. Clean and nicely appointed. One opportunity for improvement would be to update or replace some of the mattresses. Great place!

Great House for a Family Gathering!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at 65 Blue Road! The house is very large with plenty of room for everyone. It is comfortable and has all the comforts of home. We were a group of 9 that cooked all our meals at the house. The kitchen has plenty of room for everyone to congregate and cook together and is well-stocked. We enjoyed meals in the dining room, games in the game room, the living room is big enough for a large group and the outdoor fire pit was a big hit with all. Additionally, Jordin at Sandhills Realty was very responsive - on Thanksgiving morning no less - when we had a minor issue. She was very attentive and it was much appreciated! We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

A problem with the heat did impair our enjoyment but the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. The 4 star, rather than 5 star, rating is for one reason only: no bed in the house was firm enough for the two of us with back problems. I would happily rent it again for our NC reunion if that is corrected.

We fed 22 people three nights in a row and had plenty of dishes and silverware, space for relaxing, and cooking. Love the living areas and spacious bedrooms. Should add to description that the house has a high chair and crib. We had a two year old and family brought their own. Only issue was the plumbing in the apartment wasn’t worked well. Will return again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this house was awesome. We had a group of twelve guys from all over the country in for the 21st year of our golf trip. This house had a lot of character and gave us plenty of space. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. The apartment above the garage with four twin beds came in handy and ensured everyone had their own bed. The location is great but is not really walking distance to the Village. Plenty of parking. It is an older home with lots of rooms so it is a little dark and some of the TVs were difficult to operate.
