Family owned & operated since 2017, our family takes pride in offering a safe & fun family see atmosphere for all ages. We want to ensure our rooms meet your highest expectations in cleanliness, convenience & budget friendly.

Hip and newly remodeled with all the cool and modern amenities! Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam queen mattress platform queen bed.

You are one mile from the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action! Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.
We do not have an on-site office.
Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.
Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/ trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen.
Please prepare should you have extended stays.
Bathroom is elevated. Please see photos. Be prepared to step up into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down. The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. Please no smoking inside studio.

Sterling on the Ridge

The property was in the perfect quiet location but still close to everything. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and very clean!! I would highly recommend!

Quiet and convenient

I really enjoyed my stay here and it was well suited to my needs. I came to hike so having a quiet clean space where I can do some basic meal prep, sleep and shower is what is most important to me. The room is located on a road that runs parallel to the parkway so it’s very convenient to the attractions especially Teaster Lane. The pictures are accurate to what the room looks like. The basic layout is when you first walk in the bed is to the left and to the right is a dresser, electric fireplace, and tv. After the dresser is the breakfast bar with two stools and the back wall has the kitchenette area. The left corner is the bathroom and a small closet you could hang a couple items. The room does have a microwave, small coffee pot, silverware and 2 each: plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. This is definitely a room for 1-2 people. I didn’t notice the smell of the landfill often and when I did it was outside and faint. There are also some very cute and friendly community cats I enjoyed sitting outside with. I would definitely stay here again!

Peace in the mountains

The area was serene and beautiful. Off the beaten path yet close to everything. Perfect for two old veterans that are enjoying visiting places that we couldn't in the past. The rules are very reasonable and straightforward. 10/10 will be back to the area AND this lovely place!

Quietly Cute

The whole property was adorable, room was clean & cute. Matched the photos very well. Loved all of the cats that were around. That step to the bathroom is deadly if you forget its there & the shower's water pressure is weak, however a very qaint little home away from home. Will be remembering for future trips. 10/10 and have already recommended other friends and family to stay here.

Overnight Stay

We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.

Amazing!

We booked this property for last-minute getaway. How did they not know about this place before? It was simply amazing. The location is great. We loved parking at the door. It was cleaner than any other place we have ever stayed. Loved the layout and decor. Communication was top-notch and we were even checked on in person during stay. I am saving this option for future stays.
