This 3-bedroom home is perfect for you to have an amazing time in the city! There are 2 bathrooms enough for the amount of people that come. There are 3 bedrooms, all with 2 full beds. I love the vibe you can feel from the living room, really great for you to have amazing conversations!
Parking is provided, park in the premises only if you have a regular size car, entrance is narrow and it can hit your car or damage the wall, repairs at your own expense)
Let me know what car you will have please. If you have a larger car, you can park on the street with no issues at all

Neighborhood is very nice, Young Professional people, families and animal lovers bring life to the surroundings.
You will find Volleyball courts, space where you can work out and run close to the bay. Near the building you will find a rental car, jetski, boats and more if you want to have fun at water. Come and Enjoy with us!!!

We are centrally located to all the prime destinations. We are about a 19 min drive to Miami Airport, Miami Beach, Brickell, Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. To help with your trip planning and simulate distances, use the adress of our property in any map application.

Before coming you must double-check certain aspects in order to avoid unwanted situations. Please make sure you have check-in guidelines saved (off-line source and these will be provided 3 days prior actual arrival).
If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different.

No pets (we love them though lol)
No smoking inside the property (outside would be ok, take care of cigarrets butts)
