We take great pride in our recently updated home, and we’re grateful for the many guests who have appreciated its quality and comfort. In this case, we went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. When the guest mentioned concerns about cleanliness, we immediately offered to send professional cleaners back to address anything that did not meet their expectations, yet we received no response. Regarding the pool, as soon as we were informed that it wasn’t warm enough, we had it professionally inspected and confirmed that it was functioning properly. Still, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial refund for the pool heat—something the guest did not acknowledge. Additionally, we generously approved a complimentary early check-in by three hours, only to find that the guest arrived even earlier than the agreed-upon time, which was disappointing. We take guest satisfaction seriously and always strive to address concerns promptly and effectively. However, we recognize that preferences such as water temperature and mattress firmness are inherently subjective. Despite our best efforts to provide an exceptional stay, it is disheartening when our hospitality and accommodations are not fully appreciated.

The gate guards at our community are very thorough and dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for all residents and guests. It’s possible that there may have been a mix-up with the address when you first attempted to enter. We take great pride in the updates we’ve made to our home, including the recent renovations to the master bath and the addition of new mattresses, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to insure every guest has a fantastic stay, however not all guests can be pleased. It is unfortunate that a few ants got into the house just before this guest arrived (being Florida during the rainy season, it can happen regardless of all preventative measures). Upon hearing about the situation, we reacted immediately and got an exterminator out to mitigate and sent the cleaners back to clean up the dead ants and insure everything was super clean. The guest admitted that they were not from an area where ants are common and insisted that they would stay somewhere else for the first night and we gladly refunded that night. The guest also mentioned that they wanted some storage containers with sealed lids and we ordered a complete set of glass storage containers with sealed lids for them which was delivered in less than 24 hours from the time they requested them. So it is a false statement that there was no storage for leftovers, there was a complete 16 piece set sent for their stay. The listing does not show or list a grill at the house so that was known prior to the stay. There are grills available at the clubhouse for guests to use. The kitchen is very well-appointed with appliances and cookware. The decision to supply high-end Stainless Steel cookware was a conscious one to insure our guests have healthy surfaces to cook on as cooking on non-stick surfaces has been suspect related to health. This home is in an amazing area and is situated adjacent to a nature preserve which makes it a favorite for many guests and we always want the very best stay for each and every one of them.
