This sunny south facing ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features easy ski-in, ski-out access. The Condo has a fireplace and fully outfitted kitchen with coffee, tea, salt and pepper and condiments. Flat screen TV in the living room and master. WiFi Internet and Cable TV. The on site two hot tubs are ready for unwinding after an active day of skiing or hiking. The pool is a beautiful retreat in the summer with wrought iron patio furniture and a community gas grill The property has a small work out facility. It is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski access. You are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, Highlands and Buttermilk! Hiking & biking trails and much more right out your door. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by the owner. This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided.

SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. $15 per day. Owner will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests. In Summer parking is free.
