Our home is within walking distance to the arcade, Shark Park playground, several shops, restaurants, and a fabulous beach restaurant/bar with live entertainment.

FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Designed for kids in mind, includes twin-over-full bunk beds with a trundle.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with oversized closet and TV
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, TV, and desk for working at your home away from home
Bathroom: Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects bedrooms 1 and 2 and includes a shallow bath, making bathing kids a breeze

The living room includes a big screen TV and pull-out sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and a pack n play and high chair are available in kitchen closet. Additionally, the first floor has a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom includes king size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Adjoined to master bedroom
Bedroom 2: Includes twin-over-full bunk beds as well as queen size bed and TV
Bedroom 3: Twin-over full bunk beds in shape of a pirate ship make this a fun room for kids.
Bathroom 2: Full hallway bathroom with bath and shower

THIRD FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with TV
Bathroom: Newly renovated
Office/lounge area: With a beautiful ocean view from the third-floor deck, this room includes a desk, providing a dedicated work space. It includes keyboard, monitors, docking station, mouse, and printer. A large sleeper-sofa and TV makes this a fun "hang-out" room as well.

NOTE: All TVs are smart TVs and do not have cable. Please feel free to log into your own streaming services to which you subscribe - just be sure to log out before leaving! Pluto TV is also available.

OUTDOORS:
- Enjoy sitting on our newly renovated decks
- First and second floor decks are equipped with gas grills. Guests are responsible to refill propane if empty.
- Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach

Beach access at parking lot across the street at pavilion. Six beach tags (required for 12 and up during Memorial Day to Labor Day) will be provided.

WHAT TO DO

Take a fun walk or bike ride to the children’s outdoor playground, the Shark Park, and play some baseball or shoot hoops while you’re there.
