• Just sign in when you arrive to enjoy live and on-demand shows
• For your privacy, our TVs use Roku Guest Mode and automatically sign you out of all apps at checkout

🗑️ Trash

Trash collection is Friday. Please make sure all trash is placed in the outdoor cans on Thursday evening for pickup.

For your safety and property protection, there are 7 security cameras located on the exterior of the home:
• 2 cameras in the driveway (1 on the left and 1 on the right)
• 1 on the left side of the home
• 1 on the right side of the home
• 1 at the front door
• 2 overlooking the backyard, including the pool and dining area
Cameras record continuously 24/7.

🕓 Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for smooth, contactless entry.

⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm. A $100 early check-in fee will apply. We do not offer late check-out.

📋 Important to note

• No refunds for weather-related or personal matters. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Guests must complete online check-in & rental agreement prior to arrival
• Pets: Up to 2 approved pets allowed with a $100 fee per pet.
• Pool: Heated seasonally from mid April through October.
• Elevator: Handicap accessible and runs from garage through all floors.

📜 City regulations

• Guests must be 25 years or older to rent
• No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted
• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM and strictly enforced
• Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance
• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
