Alta Bella Villa & Nordic Spa is a private 8 bedroom oceanfront resort estate on Chalk Sound in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, designed for large groups seeking space, privacy, and true resort-level amenities. With 6 king suites, a Nordic spa (sauna + cold plunge), professional-grade fitness center, oceanfront pool, 12-person hot tub, expansive terraces, and curated water experiences, every space and amenity is reserved exclusively for your group, delivering a private resort experience.

Alta Bella Villa guests will mostly drive to explore the island. The property has ample parking for 4-6 cars with private entrance and exit gates. It’s a 25-minute drive to the main Grace Bay tourist area and 5 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Guests often jog in the neighborhood or take a stroll to Taylor Bay Beach to enjoy a stunning sunset.

The Nordic Spa and Fitness Center is a special place where fitness and wellness come together. Please follow all of the guidelines for cleanliness such as showering prior to sauna and cold plunge use. We kindly ask that you help us to keep the space clean and beautiful for future guests.

We had a fabulous stay at Alta Bella! The house was well equipped for everything families might need. We thoroughly enjoyed the water bikes, paddle boards and kayaks to explore the shoreline. The location is perfect to enjoy the beauty of the area. The hosts were very helpful in recommending beaches to enjoy. We were a group of 12 and the layout was perfect for us. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

The house was spectacular. The view was amazing. The house had everything you could ever want and more. We especially enjoyed the pool the Jacuzzi and the spa. The hosts were very accessible and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous place!

Amazing property with great amenities!! The hosts were fantastic, they answered all our questions before and during the visit, and provided some extra items we asked for the kiddos! The Guidebook they created is so well organized and so so helpful! The house itself is gorgeous with beautiful views. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and then some! Pool floaties, vests, towels, etc. in ample supply. The hosts have done a great job maintaining the property and upgrading every year...this was the perfect place for our cousins trip:) Would 10000% go back!

Loved our stay at Alta Bella!

We had three families - plenty of space for everyone to be together, and also spread out when they wanted to. Verona and Joel were super responsive, both leading up to our stay and during. Loved having the fitness area/nordic spa right on property. Views are amazing as well! House was well stocked and really had everything we needed!

Our hosts, Joel and Verona, were more than accommodating! They met us upon arrival and showed us everything g we needed to know about running the house. We had a blast using all of the excellent amenities Alta Bella had to offer…the Schiller bikes, the raft, kayaks, pools and snorkeling equipment! They even dropped off anti- itch cream when my granddaughter got some mosquito bites. I can’t wait to come back to Alta Bella!

Great experience on Chalk Sound

Alta Bella has it all!! Excellent and friendly hosts (Thank you Joel and Verona), spacious rooms with comfortable beds/baths, water sports equipment included and loads of beach towels, best stocked kitchen ever including coffee makers, purified water, plenty of cookware and utensils for a crowd, 85"TV in family room, Aqua Bikes were awesome, incredible gym with great equipment including a sauna and cold plunge, and a gorgeous view of the sound. Can't think of anything negative. Our group of 11 had a wonderful and very relaxing week.

Resort style with all the comfort of home

Beautifully furnished yet comfortable, amazing view of chalk sound, away from the town hustle but close enough so you can enjoy it if you want. Great beaches within a short drive. And with the onsite spa I'm sure I've arrived home looking younger. Owners and Dax were welcoming and helpful with my dozens of questions. Highly recommend.

Great property, great property management!

Twelve adults spent a week getting away from winter. This property was fantastic! Right on the water. Great pool and spa. The bedrooms were comfortable, great beds, TV’s and music speakers everywhere. We cooked every day - great kitchen. Huge refrigerator. The water level casita was very private and had it’s own kitchen.

Outstanding Privacy beautiful views...excellent Air Conditioning!

Alta Bella is in a great location...Chalk Sound away from the Beach resorts and on a Private reserve of endless water and no people. Literally we saw a few paddle boats, some kayak's but total privacy. The home is well appointed...kitchen is great. Infiniti Pool and Hot tub are awesome compliment one another well. Rent a Jeep...many potholes into Leaward Highway...definitelly recommend the property.

Well that was the most fun we have had in years The bikes and kayaks on water was so amazing Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect just right combination for family of 14 the family room was a fantastic they had a game going on every chance they had Joel and his wife were amazing to work with. Hot tub was perfect temperature we love hot tubs and we really enjoyed it. The view day and night was amazing the work out room was used every day and night it’s set up so perfectly and professional pink flamingos fly over every morning between 6:30/ 7:30 am you can see the pink very clearly espresso machine wonderful used every day the kitchen is so stocked up and so big we made breakfast every morning I’m blessed to have had this time with my family Christmas and new years. Blown away

Such a wonderful vacation here!

Our family of 13 vacationed here in March of '25, and it was a wonderful time! It was our 9th time visiting Providenciales, we've rented Villas each time & the view from this Villa was by far our favorite! The islands in Chalk sound are such a unique juxtaposition to the turquoise waters, we also loved getting into the water about waist deep via the small dock/ladder. The hosts are very quick with communication and quick to fix our small issue we had upon arrival, they are very good hosts! The house itself is very beautiful, much larger than the photos appear, plenty of room for our family to dine together & hangout in the kitchen while we prepared meals - the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need as well, which isn't always a given, they even have reverse osmosis water! The views from the house are so serene, the pool was a very comfortable temperature, the hot tub was nice in the cooler evenings & the shaded benches were so comfortable to hang out in when we needed a break from the sun! This villa is very tech-centered, but not overcomplicated for the renter which was really a nice bonus. The Sonos system for music anywhere in the villa was a really nice touch! I reached out prior to our trip to inquire about youth lifejackets as we were traveling with 4 children under 7, and they offered to order youth life jackets for the Villa since they didn't have many & they worked perfectly for us! We hope to visit Alta Bella Villa again!

BOOK NOW!!

Our stay in Turks & Caicos was absolutely unforgettable. Staying on the Chalk Sound was an experience in itself; the views are breathtaking, and the brilliantly turquoise water is even more stunning in person than any photograph could capture. From the moment we arrived at the villa, we truly did not want to leave. The villa was beautifully maintained and stocked with more amenities than we could have imagined. The owners had thought of everything, including beach chairs, oversized Yeti coolers, snorkel gear, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. They also provided an incredible selection of water equipment, including kayaks, paddleboards, a floating island, and floating water bikes, which quickly became our group’s favorite activity. The water bikes made it easy and fun to ride out to the wrecked plane and back. The service provided by Joel and Verona was exceptional. Every question we might have had was already answered through the thoughtful QR codes placed throughout the home, which offered helpful information and recommendations for nearly anything we could need. We also loved the large island map displayed in the entryway, which was extremely useful when planning our outings. The villa itself was spotless, and every person in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. We also appreciated how generously the home was stocked with towels, paper products, and other essentials, making the entire stay easy and hassle-free. One of the best decisions we made was taking advantage of the grocery-stocking service. Having food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived made the first few days incredibly convenient. Once you experience the beauty, comfort, and serenity of this property, you may not want to leave anyway. Our group included both beach lovers and people who are not typically drawn to ocean activities, and this villa was perfect for everyone. Between the beautiful pool, floating island, water toys, and peaceful outdoor spaces, there was always something enjoyable to do, whether we wanted to relax or head out on an adventure. The privacy was magnificent and made the property feel like our own private paradise. Anyone looking for an extraordinary place to experience the beauty of Turks & Caicos should consider Alta Bella . It is truly second to none. We made memories that will last a lifetime, and we cannot wait to return.

What an amazing trip. The villa was perfect for our four families. I loved that when you walk in to the villa, there is a board on the wall with a map of the island and a QR code for everything and anything you could imagine. The villa was beautiful with amazing views. We loved the water bikes, gym, and sauna. Joel and Verona are the best hosts EVER. They made sure we had drinks in our hands upon our arrival and walked us through the entire house to ensure we knew how everything worked. I would definitely give the whole experience a 10/10. The Alta Bella Villa and Spa is a fantastic property. There was plenty of room for the 12 family members in our group. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view and all of the amenities. The pool, hot tub, and floating platform were all great, and we also took advantage of the kayaks, water bicycles, and exercise room. The owners, Joel and Verona, were very responsive to any questions and concerns. They also provided us with helpful suggestions and recommendations, including the personal chef that we used for one of our meals.

Exceeded our expectations

Our stay at Alta Bella was incredible! You cannot beat the views and the location. The description of the property is on point. Chalk sound is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. We snorkeled right off the steps of the property and the little coral reef right there made it that much better. Everything was clean and fully stocked. We had a private chef come to the house on 3 different occasions and the kitchen had everything they needed. The house is huge with a ton of outdoor space as well. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the two lower level bedrooms were only accessible through the outside stairs. Not a huge deal though. Las brisas is right down the street and the food there was delicious and the atmosphere was exciting with a live band. Taylor bay is about 5 min down the street and has the most incredible beach. The house is about 20 min from all the resorts and large grocery stores. It’s about at 10-15 min drive to several popular, highly recommended restaurants like da conch shack and boogaloos. You’ll love this house!

I recently stayed at Alta bella villa in Providencecialis for one week in February 2023. The house, and the location are absolutely beautiful, it truly is paradise. I did not want to leave. The house was very clean, the property well-maintained and the views are spectacular. We also were blessed with lovely weather every day. The pool was very clean and they have plenty of pool floats as well as some snorkel gear on site. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have their privacy when they wanted it.I do have a couple of comments however: for safety reasons I really think they should have handrails by the stairs between levels of the Villa especially the stairs going down to the ocean. The taxi drivers were all very pleasant and professional however we found the taxi fees to be quite expensive. We were also disappointed that we did not get to meet Claudius, the host, who was the go-between before our arrival. Other than that it was a spectacular experience.

Beautiful house and views are breathtaking.

The house is spacious, the views are exactly what the pictures depict. The pool deck and upper deck are perfect places to relax and get sun or shade. The house has everything you need, beach towels, pool toys, kitchen is well stocked to cook. Plenty of bath towels etc. You will definitely need a car to visit other beaches, restaurant’s and grocery shop. The water is wonderful to swim in, kayak, and paddle board. I think it would be helpful for owners to have a manual of popular places to eat, shop etc. who to get in touch with in case of an emergency I.e hospital, police, fire (none of this was necessary). I just think it would be good for renters because Chaulk Sound is a little off the beaten path, but worth the privacy, views and beautiful home. Cleanliness was a 10, and house managers were very helpful.

Amazing spot!

My group and I celebrated my 40th birthday and this was the perfect place! Perfect for late nights and relaxing looking at the amazing view. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Property

Everything about this home was wonderful. The views, the pool, all the space for a large group. We had a family trip of 13 with two children under the age for 3 and it was just great.

Gorgeous stay at Turks and Caicos

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful home with gorgeous views of The Chalk Sound. Terrific location if you want a good place that is pretty private and very quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. One of the highlights is the ability to walk right into the Sound from the house. It was spectacular.. You definitely need a car to get to Grace Bay or some of the other excursions. The house is a very large and spacious, there were 12 adults at the house. It was so well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly want. One of the bedrooms did not have a bathroom door which is on order and delayed because of a supply issue. We would have liked to have known a head of time but appreciated their responsiveness with a temporary fix. Also, none of the room safes worked, they will be getting new ones. Overall, I would give them a five star because it’s a fantastic place to stay on vacation.

Chalk Sound is an incredible secret (almost) with two of the best beaches (Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach) on the island and in the Caribbean islands! The water is teal in color but sometimes blue depending on the lighting. The water is usually shallow and easy to explore in the area. There is a great restaurant Las Brisas and we are a short drive to the busy areas like Grace Bay if you want a night on the town.
