Neighborhood~
Welcome to our Modern Cowboy Cabana Bunkhouse. The perfect blend of Texas western charm and contemporary comfort, nestled in the EPICENTER of Dallas/Fort Worth. Our charming neighborhood is currently going through a transformation. It is one of the original neighborhoods in this lake community that is rapidly growing as our city grows. The street is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Enjoy the safety and privacy of our gated entrance and fenced-in parking located in the back entrance of our property through its alley entrance.

Home~
Our recently updated home is completely stocked with everything you need for your large group. Each room includes a TV, Fan, hangers, black-out curtains, luggage rack, and a light up mirror vanity to get ready with or it can serve as a workspace. Our kitchen comes completely equipped with everything for a family large group to cook with.

Children~
For young families, we have everything you need at the home. For no additional charge, the home comes with a standard full-sized crib with mattress and fitted sheet only, baby monitor, sound machine, black-out curtains and highchair. As a family of five, we know how helpful it is to have these items provided. Please feel free to ask for any special requests.

Entertainment~
We believe that entertainment is essential, which is why each room comes equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to watch your favorite shows and movies on streaming services. We do not currently have cable tv, but we also provide a plethora of boardgames, video games and outdoor games. We also have a large portable speaker and projector for outdoor movies.

Pool~
NOT heated. 3-6ft deep chlorine pool.

Rules~
*No large parties or unapproved guests.
*Swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended by the pool. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents.
*No smoking/vaping inside. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee for any additional air treatments needed due to smoke smell.
*No small children on the top bunks.
*No fires in the indoor fireplace.
*No glitter or confetti.
*No tape or adhesives on walls or wallpaper. You will be charge for damages.
*No glass by the pool.
*Pets must be pre-approved.

*We’ve created a fun and unique space that’s perfect for celebrations and memorable getaways. However, we kindly ask that guests respect our home and our neighbors by adhering to our house rules. We do not allow large parties, unapproved guests, or smoking of any kind indoors. Please note that a fee will be charged if these rules are broken. Help us keep this special space enjoyable for everyone!


Around town~
Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Just 1.5 miles away from the house you will be able to find a shopping center with big box stores like; Target, Marshals, Petsmart, Ross, Home Depot and more. There are also many dining places for you and your family to enjoy.

Attractions~
In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park at Joe Pool Lake features boat ramps, waterside restaurants, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts just a 1.5 mile drive! For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, Bolder Adventure Park and Main Event are located 4 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 11 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor, both 10 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!
