The Spruce House is (3) three seperate units (Seedling, Sapling, Sprout units) is a hidden gem nestled in the lush Tongass National Forest, offering a convenient location within walking distance to the airport, shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and biking routes. The property is surrounded by beautifully designed landscaping that complements the majestic old growth Sitka spruce trees, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

The outdoor living spaces at The Spruce House are designed to provide pure garden enjoyment, allowing you to relax, play, and even host your next group adventure or small event. Whether you book one or all three units, The Spruce House can accommodate a total of 12 to 14 people.

1. The Sapling:
The Sapling features a modern farmhouse feel with its open living floor plan. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a covered veranda with rocking chairs, setting the tone for relaxation. The spacious interior is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 people, and there is island seating for 4, offering views of the expansive veranda and garden. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, and a large custom closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a built-in closet, while the guest bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. The living room includes a sectional sofa that can accommodate two guests, and a stacked washer/dryer is available off the hallway.

2. The Sprout:
The Sprout also offers an open living floor plan with a modern farmhouse feel. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious veranda adorned with LED string lights. The cathedral ceiling and transom windows fill the space with abundant natural light. The kitchen features a well-appointed design with a natural stone backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, propane cooktop/oven, pantry, and garbage disposal. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, and a large custom closet. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space, and a stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located inside the master suite.

3. The Seedling:
Similar to the other units, The Seedling boasts an open living floor plan with a modern farmhouse feel. As you arrive, you'll be welcomed by a spacious covered veranda featuring LED string lights and an outside propane fireplace. The open layout and ample natural light create an airy and refreshing atmosphere. The dining area can accommodate four people and offers views of the expansive covered veranda and garden. The outdoor amenities at The Spruce House include a covered barbecue station, a 4-person hot tub, swinging chairs, and an outdoor fireplace with conversational seating. Whether you prefer al fresco dining on the covered veranda or roasting marshmallows under the stars with twinkling lights overhead, the outdoor spaces offer the perfect setting to refresh your spirit and connect with nature.

Parking is convenient with a lighted carport that can accommodate two vehicles, and there is plenty of parking available, including EV charging stations.

The property is well-suited for hosting various events, such as birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, romantic getaways, business trips, family reunions, and out-of-town guests visiting locals.

For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front door of each unit, including the hot tub. There are NO inside cameras. Cameras are monitored by the host at anytime via a smartphone app. The cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
