Home away from home, Diamond in the rough.

located in the 44104 area. Really warm and loving home with high tech features and entertainment for the whole family. We have nursery sleeping bed in the master bedroom. we have outdoor seating(no smoking inside), a cozy office space with a printer. A play area for children. 4 next generation video game consoles. The space
a diamond in the rough. Our street is extremely quiet and nice. all things in the house are new and maintained with safety and security in mind. We are adding new things all the time to make the house more homely.

The surrounding area isn't as nice as our street. The street that the house is on is a diamond in the rough. two parks around the corner. Quiet neighborhood with a block watch. a police department less than 3 minutes away. we also have a plaza around the corner that has a CVS, Aldi's and a Fifth Third bank.

Absolutely no parties, loud music, or being loud outdoors. The owner lives less than 6 miles away and has asked guests to leave without giving warnings when these things have happened in the past. We want to make sure to keep all of our guests and neighbors happy so please be courteous. The house is equipped with sound monitors in order to prevent loud or large gatherings. We appreciate your cooperation with keeping the neighborhood quiet.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Other things to note
we have cameras on the outside of the property in different areas. we also have two in the garage.

If you have more guest than are booked you will be asked to pay the extra guest fee if you do not your reservation will be cancelled. If you can't abide to our quiet hours your reservation may also be cancelled. We will stock the house with enough supplies to last your stay. If you have extra guest that aren't listed or any gathering outside your allocated stay you are responsible for supplies outside of your booking scope. Everything in the house is on a itemized inventory list, please put everything back where you found it.
