This bright, cozy pool view, second floor flat is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. The living room is comfortable for reading a book or relaxing while watching TV. The kitchen has everything you need. For stay-in meals, there is a dining table and additional seating at the counter. The master bedroom has a King. One guest bedroom has a Queen, and the other has 2 Twins. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this unit to sleep up to 8. There are 2 TV’s, a DVD Player, and a full-size Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Just bring beach towels, a hair dryer, and set your mind on having a great time!

Close to the beach

The condo was centrally located to restaurants and the beach, both within walking distance. The pool was a great place to relax after a long day on the beach. The condo is dated, but met our needs. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the porch overlooking the pool was a great sitting area in the early morning and late evening.I would stay here again.

Great getaway

Great property for stay on the beach and quick ride to old town. Communication excellent. My only recommendation is for a short stay keep in mind to bring spices for cooking along with foil and extra garbage bags. They did have a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and kitchenware. No quick throw away items though so bring that. Private laundry room a nice added feature. Will be back for sure

Biggest problem was beong awakened early morning every day by the noise of people staying in the condo overhead. It sounded like they were walking on a hard wooden floor with hard soled shoes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo could use some TLC. Floors were very dirty leaving feet black. Not owners fault, more of a housecleaning issue. Very little lighting in kitchen and minimal cooking utensils. Would be nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. Upon returning from Fourth of July fireworks at 11:30 pm, there was not one parking spot available and had to sleep in my car by sidewalk so I would not be towed. Too many visitor passes being distributed?? Was not happy due to the amount I paid per night for staying. This is not an owners fault, and I was offered additional day to stay after calling it to their attention, however, this should be something to be addressed by this association in the future. On a brighter note, the elevator was very close for my elderly mother.

Overall our stays have always been very good, Ocean Villas is nice, clean, well maintained and centrally located. All of the condo's are nice, but some are always better than others. Unit 104 was nice, but somewhat dated. The kitchen was not adequately equipped. Silverware for example contained only 6 spoons and there was a lot of mix and match in every area. The owners need to update and better equip the kitchen, provide more lighting in the living area, and put ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Could Have Been Better

Reviewer Comments: We actually rented two 3-bedroom units and this particular unit had two of our grown children with their spouses and two grandkids. We spent a week there for a large Family Reunion and it was great to have everyone in close proximity but unfortunately the pool next to the Gazebo was planned to be our gathering spot and it was closed for most of the entire week. The pool closure prevented some of our elderly relatives, who rented units right next to the pool, to be able see everyone since they had to go to the small pool or ended up going to town or the beach rather than stay and socialize with other relatives. The small pool was way too small for a gathering area, so our reunion was disjointed. We still had fun, but having a central gathering area was severely missing. We did have fun and the proximity to the beach and to town was great. The staff at the Condo was not the friendliest and sometimes rude. One staff member was observed rooting through the truck bed of my son-in-law. This unit was furnished more spacious than our other unit. With an unfriendly staff it would be difficult to recommend this place to a friend.
