Anastasia Condos 407 is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located in a gated community on St. Augustine Beach. This fourth-floor unit offers expansive coastal views and a comfortable layout designed for relaxing beach vacations, with accommodations for up to eight guests.

The living room and primary bedroom open to a private oceanfront balcony through wide sliding glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The primary suite features a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and an entire wall of glass facing the Atlantic. The second bedroom also includes a king bed with ocean views, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. A sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating and is open to the dining area, which comfortably seats six. Flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi are available throughout the condo for convenience and entertainment.

Anastasia Condos is the tallest oceanfront condominium complex on St. Augustine Beach and offers three elevators for easy access to the beach, pool, and parking areas. Community amenities include a large heated outdoor pool, two tennis courts, a private beach boardwalk, and beautifully maintained grounds. The complex also features gated access, a fully lit parking area, a covered poolside lounge space with fans, and a car wash station for rinsing off sand and salt.

We had 6 people stay at this condo. Two were 17 year old boys who had a great time. We played pickleball and the boys accidentally participated in a water aerobic class. They got a kick out of it. The condo is fully furnished except for water and beach chairs but that didn't ruin a thing. We walked on the beach and sat on the balcony every day. I liked how roomy it felt. It is very convenient to many attractions and restaurants in the area.

The view from the living room and the master bedroom are beautiful. The pool was heated and I enjoyed it. The kitchen was fantastic! The laundry was right there in the condo. everything about our stay was easy. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow and we had absolutely no problems. I will stay here again!

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. The location was great for us due to being able to walk to the coffee shop in the morning and a short drive in the evening for dinner.

Property review

It was a great location to beach and restaurants. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the washing machine; it had mold; the owner said they were sending house keeper to clean that never showed; also the master bedroom was extremely cold even trying to work the thermostat; called the office on temperature control but no one showed up.

We are glad you liked the nearby restaurants and the great location. You said it was okay if the housekeeper entered the unit when you were away, the housekeeper did check the washer and found no mold. The rubber seal was stained. It was recleaned as a precaution. We have no record of you calling about a cold bedroom and have never had a problem with the thermostat.

Best beach view

We had an amazing stay. Waking up to the sun rising over the water through those floor to ceiling windows, fantastic. Large balcony to watch the waves or the stars. The condo does not have up to date decor but it is comfortable, clean and roomy. More than enough room for a family of 4! The area is quiet and residential. Not easily walkable for restaurants and entertainment. If you are looking for all the tourist attractions you will need a car, but it is a quick drive. Overall amazing place to stay!

Nice family Christmas gathering

This oceanfront condo was perfect for our group of 5. Each couple had a separate bedroom as did my 25 year old nephew. Beautiful balcony oceanfront. Lots of cookware available but we didn’t use much. Comfortable living room with seating for all. The decor is dated but the unit was perfectly fine for us.

Million Dollar View ... but needs a good cleaning

The location and the view can't be beat. The ocean views are perfection, and you are steps from the pristine beach. The complex is gated and safe, and close to Historic St Augustine and all the restaurants. The unit is roomy and the bedrooms can easily sleep 6 adults. As stated in other reviews, the furniture is mismatched and dated, but that doesn't really affect your visit. All of the above would have garnered a 5 star review, but the unit is in serious need of a good scrubbing. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the furniture, and the flooring all need attention. If the unit got a good, deep spring cleaning, then I would fully recommend 100%. Bring your own soap, towels, and toilet paper.

Thank you for your feedback. The condo does have great views! We had the housekeepers give the areas you mentioned some extra attention. Additionally, we do start you out with a starter supply of soap and paper products. This is a very well-priced 3 bedroom ocean-front unit in a popular condominium complex. The value is hard to beat!

Anastasia condo

Condo furnishings and view were excellent. We had no TV at all for 4 days and First Choice did send a repairman who could not fix it. Then they were not responsive. I asked for a call back and did not receive one over the weekend. We finally spoke with the owner and she got Xfinity to come in. He had to replace connectors and said wires need replacing. This should have been done before. Also the instructions for entering upon arrival and leaving at the end are confusing and trash collection info is not up to date.

It required the owners help and we are sorry she did not call you immediately, but an Xfinity repairman was scheduled and it was repaired. We will also update our procedural instructions. Beautiful oceanfront condo in a quiet community. Close enough to St Augustine to enjoy the activities and dining there. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot to take lots of long walks on the beach, this spot is for you.

Great location and view

We spent 6 weeks in this condo property. The positives were both location and views. It is at the north end of Butler Beach, just south of St Augustine beach. W had easy access to grocery stores, a coffee shop, salons and other day to day necessities. The Bridge of Lions to the north and Ft Matanzas to the south were each a short 10-minute drive (without traffic. We were across a dunes area from a wide open beach that had little foot or car traffic. The area was quiet, with easy parking. The condo association provided carts in strategic places so transporting items from the parking lot to and from the condo was easy. The pool area was clean, though spartan in its offerings of tables/chairs/lounges. The property was well maintained throughout (e.g., corridors, grounds). The view was ideal – a full wall of windows in the master bedroom and living room looked onto the dunes and beach with beautiful sunrises each day. The condo is spacious. The bedrooms with comfortable king size beds were large. The small third bedroom, with twin beds, was dark and claustrophobic. We used it for storage space. Less appealing, the condo is quite dated and poorly furnished: plastic cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout that did not match, mismatched furniture with throw pillows that looked to be decades old, an odd assortment of appliances– 3 coffee makers for example, an old somewhat grimy waffle iron --took up most of the pantry space. Mismatched plastic containers, several cheap versions of pots and pans, picnic utensils for flatware filled the kitchen cabinets and drawers. It unlikely an owner or manager had been in the unit for some time, to pare down and clean out items left by previous renters. Many ‘custom baskets’ in closets were broken. The kitchen trash pull-out did not close, other drawers had to be opened carefully so they wouldn’t come off the sliders. Much was made in the contract about not taking towels down to the beach, leading us to believe the towels would be high end ones. There are a lot of them, but mostly thin and scratchy. Bathmats and small area mats in the bathrooms needed washing. In summary, this property has a great location and view, but needs major renovation. While we would not choose to stay in this condo, we liked the complex since we were only 2 people using the condo, we made the one we rented work for us, despite the disconnect between price and quality.
