This completely renovated (2024) oceanfront condo is an ideal option for your vacation rentals, with a minimum stay requirement of just 3 nights.

Included in renovation: NEW kitchen, kitchen island, pantry, cabinetry, quartz countertops, bathrooms, step in shower, all flooring, paint, fixtures, interior doors, HVAC, smooth ceilings, bedding, mattresses, and lighting.

The condo sleeps 8, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.

Matthew lives in Gastonia with his wife and business partner, Susan and their three children: Gabe, Anna, and Jonah. The family attends Central Church in Charlotte, NC.
