Vistas de las Olas East ist eine der beiden Suiten mit einer absolut schönen Blick auf den Golf von Kalifornien in dieser zweiten Reihe vom Strand nach Hause. Es befindet sich in Las Conchas befindet. Vistas de las Olas Osten hat eine Schwester Raum, Vistas de las Olas West, ist, dass ein Spiegelbild; Sie können eine oder beide dieser Suiten mieten. Jede Suite für 2 Personen.

Die Suite ist sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und einladend. Die Fußböden sind mit roten mexikanischen Fliesen und es gibt schöne dekorative mexikanischen Fliesen im gesamten. Das geräumige 600 Quadratmeter große Suite ist wie ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem kleinen Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach und Kaffeemaschine (kein Herd oder Mixer). Ebenfalls bereitgestellt werden Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck, und Reinigungsmittel. zu genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten gibt es eine Frühstücks-Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Kamin ist mit Gas und Holzofen (selbst mitbringen Holz oder Brennholz). Der Wohnbereich verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten mit einer Couch und Sessel zum Entspannen. Für noch mehr Erholung finden Sie eine Satelliten-TV / DVD / VCR und Stereoanlage mit Surround-Sound. Extra-Videos, CDs, auch Bücher und Zeitschriften zur Verfügung. We had a great stay for 4 days. The view from the property is beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including plugin electric burners so that we could cook fresh seafood from the market. I loved how spacious the property was, and the accessibility to the beach. Our only concerns were the very low water pressure in the shower and the toilet, all the sinks worked very well. We had to flush the toilet at least twice each time due to the pressure. The location was also not correctly specified on the map when booking. It shows the location closer to town by Manny's, but this location is actually further away and we found that out once we went to the rental office to check in. I would definitely stay here again as we loved the views and the quitness of the area, just wish the shower and toilet pressure was better.

When we arrived in Rocky Point instruction said pick up key at office. Well, the directions they gave me belonged to a different address. We had to get another hotel for that night. Nevertheless, they have horrible communication. On top of that there was ants everywhere in the room, toilet kept getting clogged.

Cons: location wasn't accurate on the VRBO map which was a slight annoyance to me. it was farther down Las Conchas beach. The units sink doesn't work and no stove. Overall it was a great stay and even with the Cons above I would come back

Reviewer Comments: We got in late, so it was a little tricky finding the right spot, but once we woke up in the morning and saw the view, it was all worth it. The space is clean and cozy, the porch is fantastic, and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Be aware that this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove/oven. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark! Overall we had a great experience. If it had a full kitchen, I would definitely book it again.

However, there was no hot water until we reached out and Oceano came to fix that, even then there was warm water for about 5 minutes. There was no stove. The TV did not have cable only DVD or VHS. Oceano did come out with a TV and fire stick which was difficult to navigate. No extra blankets and no heat. I guess they had a grill, but we had to contact Oceano again, so we said forget the grill. Everything was very dated and not in good condition. No hair dryer. Owner did respond fairly quickly. No tennis courts as the description said.We do love Bryan's Sports Bar.

Los Conchas is a nice, relaxing, and lower key area.

Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall was really great 👍 Property managers were really nice and helpful to work with. Thank you Tony and Elizabeth.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. We've stayed twice in this unit and would definitely do so again.
