Welcome to this modern and well-appointed house in vibrant East Dallas. Situated in a convenient location, this half duplex is entirely private and offers two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Easy access to downtown Dallas, Lakewood, Greenville Ave, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts District, Samuel Grand Park Rec Center & SMU. Steps away from the Santa Fe Trail leading to White Rock Lake as well as Tenison & Lakewood golf courses. Conveniently close to Baylor and other major hospitals.
The space
Completely private residence where our guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the front patio. The front door access is secured via smart door locks.
The living room has chic furniture where you can catch up on your favorite shows on the Amazon Fire smart TV.
Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, closet, and a desk to get some remote work done. The white tile bathroom features a walk-in tub and shower, brand new stacked washer & dryer, stocked with all the essentials.
The kitchen boasts sleek stainless-steel appliances with gas burners and elegant granite countertops, creating an inviting area for meal preparation if you choose to do so. Well stocked with cooking essentials and a Keurig coffee maker. The house has new vinyl floors throughout and the temperature is controlled by a Nest smart thermostat.
Enjoy a run around White Rock Lake 5 minutes away or Santa Fe trails, or maybe a round of golf at Tennison Park course a short walk away.
