Stunning 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home on beautiful Upper Mill Pond in Brewster. The perfect retreat for an extended family gathering or two families traveling together; featuring 2 primary suites. Plenty of space to spread out, this home is designed for relaxation, connection, and comfort.

The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, wine fridge, granite countertops, and a large dining table with seating for ten, plus an additional side table with seating for four.

Adjacent large living area centered around a 60" high-definition TV with a soundbar - perfect for movie nights or game days. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy on those cooler spring or fall evenings. The half-bath off the dining area conveniently accommodates the washer and dryer.

The first floor sleeping area includes a luxurious primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, private en-suite with tub, and slider access to the deck and outdoor shower, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and shared bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a comfy loft with a second gas fireplace and TV, a second primary suite with a Queen bed, TV and private bath, and two more bedrooms - one with Queen size bed with TV and the other with two twin beds - sharing a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stall shower.

The outdoor space is a highlight with a 60' deck and retractable awning offering plenty of room for relaxation and activities. Enjoy grilling on the deck, dine al fresco, or simply soaking in the serene views of Upper Mill Pond.

The basement includes a ping-pong table and smart TV and is a great place for the kids. High-speed WiFi and expanded Xfinity cable is provided throughout the home.

This property was EXACTLY as pictured and promised. The kitchen was very well stocked, sleeping quarters were large and comfortable, and great room area was able to easily accommodate our large group. The outdoor area was inviting and you couldn’t beat the gorgeous view of the lake! This property was a winner for us!!

We have stayed in homes all over the Cape and never has there been one so well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils and everything else needed for a wonderful experience. The home is perfect! We loved it!

Wonderful Location, close to the ferry at Hyannis. Centrally located on the Cape. The view over Brewster Pond is amazing. House is wonderfully done and furnished.

Great Stay!

We spent a week at the property with family ranging in age from 8 to 82 years old. Everyone loved the place. The views are spectacular, the lake and beach are great for kayaking / swimming and the drive to bay and ocean beaches is short, so we really liked the location. The house itself is well suited to comfortably accommodating a large family and we especially liked the large open plan kitchen. Overall, we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Nice stay at the Cape

The house was very much as advertised on the web. Large, spacious. Well-outfitted kitchen big enough for our “many” cooks to operate. Living room was generous and turned out to be a great place to watch Olympics. Beds were judged to be quite comfortable. I was hoping for something a bit more walkable. But it was only a short drive to some of the town beaches and some restaurants. We enjoyed it a lot.

Beautiful Home

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect. We just wish the weather was the same. Hard rain and strong winds the entire time but we still enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. And the location was close to everything. We were here for a wedding and were always within a few miles of everyone. Carla from Pretty Picky responded immediately for questions and information. We will rent again when we return!

Well equipped comfortable home for 10 to 12 of us older adults. Bright, clean, roomy. Quiet neighborhood but not good if you have alot of cars (more than 6) as there is no street parking. Pretty view of lake from inside and back deck with many stairs to get down to water. Would have been much better with a second fridge. Fridge and freezer is small with no built in icemaker. Great setup for lobster dinner. Overall everyone was happy with the house.
