The second suite on this level is a playful bunk room where you will find a queen. Full and twin trundle. This room also has a full en-suite and a generous amount of closet space. The home is equipped with Nest-controlled central air conditioning and heating thermostat. The family room and every bedroom has its own smartTV and/or a high tech AppleTV. Wireless high-speed Internet is available throughout the home! This townhome is located in the popular Rehoboth Crossing community, which is a short bike ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the famous boardwalk. The location is extremely convenient to the outlets along Route 1 as well as miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. The community features a large, in-ground swimming pool as well as a clubhouse with exercise equipment. Rehoboth Crossing backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail - a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE. So bring your bikes or rent some in town. Getting to the beach is a quick bike ride, nice long walk, short drive or just hop on the shuttle and let someone else do the driving.
