Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the disruption to your vacation. Unfortunately, this reservation was affected by a rare calendar synchronization issue between booking platforms that resulted in an unexpected double booking. While situations like this are extremely uncommon, we understand how frustrating it was to have your accommodations change before your trip. To make things right, we covered the cost of your final two nights at another nearby vacation home so your family could complete your stay. When the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working, we responded immediately, arriving within the hour to troubleshoot the issue and arranging for our HVAC technician to come out the same day. Unfortunately, the repair required parts that were not immediately available. We also brought over two fans as requested to help make your stay more comfortable. We’re glad to hear you found both homes clean, well-equipped, and enjoyable overall, and we appreciate your recognition of our efforts to accommodate your family. We continuously work to provide a great experience for every guest and have since taken additional steps to prevent booking conflicts from occurring again. We wish you and your family all the best.
