This beautiful Georgian property completes the Penryn scenery with stunning interior and a beautiful communal garden and a private parking space for one large vehicle, inside the gates, only; this is a shared parking area with the flat below the house.
The spacious 3 storey home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and large stove along with plenty of utensils and cooking equipment and a coffee machine.
There is also a utility room at the end of the entrance hall next to the kitchen, with a washing machine and tumble dryer for all your utility needs.
As you enter the property, to the right is a spacious dining area with an extendable dining & seating area. The properties communal garden also provides an outdoor dining space that makes an amazing spot for family & friend gatherings.

There are 2 shower rooms and 4 large and bright bedrooms with high ceilings & stunning windows that will make you fall in love with this beautiful house.
The first floor comprises of the main living area, and tucked around the corner of the room is a small desk and chair perfect for anyone wishing to do some work or send a few emails.
On this same floor is a large double bedroom with a super king size bed (which can be made into 2 singles beds on request) and a shower room to the right of that bedroom.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms - two large double rooms with king size beds and one room with double bed bunk beds; there is also another shower room on this floor.

During your stay, why not visit The Harbour's Muddy Beach Cafe just a few minutes walk from the flat or take a stroll into Penryn town for its highly rated Fish and Chips at Mariners.
There are several pubs in the town and of course, Cornish pasty shops. This is an ideal location for anyone wishing to visit the town of Falmouth with less than a 10 minute car journey into town.
There are also some beautiful gardens a short car ride away at the National Trust, Trelissick Gardens - well worth a visit.
A perfect little escape in a quiet area with plenty to do and see!
