A stone's throw from the quaint Roslyn Downtown, a mere 10-minute drive to Suncadia Resort and the elegant Swift Water Cellars, and a brief bike ride from Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum, our abode is the perfect base for local explorations or a tranquil spot for relaxation and renewal.

Relish a tranquil stay at our charming 3-bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse, ideally positioned in the heart of the Roslyn Ridge Community. Our residence provides convenient access to activities throughout the year, making it perfect for families, telecommuters, and friends seeking either an adventure or a peaceful retreat.

The three bedrooms are situated upstairs: the primary with a King bed, the second with a Queen bed, and the third with a full bed plus a twin trundle and a twin bunk bed.

We offer additional amenities including a pack 'n play crib, a booster highchair, a jogging stroller, a wheeled cart for easy transport to the activity center, and beach/pool towels.

Our home features a well-equipped kitchen with essentials for cooking: a coffee station with a drip coffee pot, a French press, a traditional K-cup machine, and a tea kettle. There's ample cookware for family meals, a crockpot, a blender, and a gas BBQ.

Salmon La Sac's Last Resort Rental is a quick 5-minute drive, Lake Cle Elum is less than 1 mile away, historic downtown Roslyn is 5 minutes by car, Suncadia and downtown Cle Elum are both 10 minutes away, the ski slopes at Snoqualmie are 30 minutes away, and Leavenworth is an hour's drive.

OUTDOORS: The front porch offers comfortable seating and a gas grill with propane.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. Additional or trailer parking is available at the community lot opposite the Activity Center.

The Roslyn Ridge Community Center is accessible to our guests. The pool is open seasonally from May to September. Guests are required to register directly with the Community Center and pay a fee for pool access.
