Welcome to Navigate, your perfect vacation rental getaway in Navarre, Florida—familiarly known as "Florida's Most Relaxing Place." Nestled just a short 5-minute drive from the stunning Navarre Beach and Fishing Pier, this family friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom short-term rental is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a taste of elegant living. With its thoughtfully curated amenities and inviting atmosphere, this modern design home is ideal for families, a romantic getaway, couples retreat, business travelers, friends seeking a memorable stay or a group accommodation.

In the summer of 2020 we began our long journey towards owning a vacation rental home. We have always stayed at them and knew we would one day make our dream happen.
We each had lost a home through no fault of our own and after many disappointments, pivots and much expense and patience during a very competitive market we are pleased and excited to have finally purchased "Navigate" in December 2023 near the beach in Navarre, Florida. Whether you're curling up with a good book from the boat book nook, catching up on your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV, or engaging in a friendly board game match, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

For those who need to stay connected during their vacation, the living area includes a dedicated office space, with free wifi 1,000 1G fiber internet providing a cozy corner for work or study with a view of a spacious backyard.

Dining and Kitchen: Where Meals Become Memories

Adjacent to the living room is the separate dining area, where you can enjoy meals together. The dining table comfortably seats six and an additional bar top with two stools, makes it a great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as game nights or casual conversations. A high chair is also available for the younger guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready to handle all your culinary needs. It comes complete with plates, glasses, utensils, cookware and a variety of handheld appliances, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dual coffee maker allows you to start your day with a fresh brew, whether you prefer a traditional perk coffee or a convenient K-cup option.

Game Room: Fun for All Ages

The game room is a highlight of the house, offering entertainment for all ages. Challenge your friends or family to a game of Foosball, or 2-player basketball. The arcade game, featuring 14 classic games including Pac-Man, will transport you back in time and provide hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. The game room ensures that everyone will find something fun to do, rain or shine.

Bedrooms: Restful Retreats

The master suite is a sanctuary of relaxation. It features a luxury king bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The room also includes a dresser, 2-night stands, lamps, a chair, a 43" smart TV for late-night viewing, luggage rack and hangers, and a full-length mirror to ensure you're beach-ready. The attached full bathroom, affectionately known as "the turtle bathroom," adds a whimsical touch to your stay. For families traveling with children or extra guests, a twin roll-away bed is conveniently tucked in the closet.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, 2-night stands, lamps, a dresser, a 32" smart TV, luggage rack, hangers and a charming striped chair providing a private retreat for guests.

The third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, with two twin beds, a dresser, a nightstand and lamp. A Pack 'n Play is also provided, ensuring a place to sleep for even the smallest guests.

Bathrooms: Coastal Comfort

In the hall is a second full bathroom, known as "the manatee bathroom." It includes a tub, making it a great option for families with young children or for those who enjoy a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.

One of the standout features of this home is the large peaceful sunroom. Flooded with natural light, this versatile space offers comfortable seating and an additional dining area, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening conversations. The sunroom seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from the comfort of an air-conditioned or heated space.

Step outside to the large, fenced-in backyard, where you'll find everything, you need for outdoor enjoyment. For beach days, we've got you covered. The house is stocked with beach supplies, including a beach cart, chairs, an umbrella, toys, cooler, books and towels. Whether you're building sandcastles, lounging by the water, or strolling along the shoreline, you'll have everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. Beach access is just a few minutes drive away.

Additional Amenities: Convenience at Your Fingertips

To make your stay as convenient as possible, the house also features a free on-site washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
