The main floor has a spacious living room, dining area, large open chef’s kitchen with Wolf, Miele and Bertazzoni appliances, as well as a Subzero fridge, freezer and wine fridge, all with a stunning ocean view. Open up the living room to the deck for true indoor/outdoor living. On this level, you will also find two guest bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room.

The two-level deck is perfect for entertaining anytime of year and includes outdoor dining, gas firepit, Tucci umbrellas, and barbeque to enjoy the stunning ocean views! The oceanfront oasis also includes an outdoor shower, 10-person jacuzzi, and state of the art cold-plunge tub. At the bottom of your private beach stairs, our beach locker comes stocked with two stand up paddle boards, surf boards, boogie boards, and more, including a beach level mini fridge for post surf refreshments – all you need to enjoy the beach is here!

Upstairs, the expansive master bedroom offers spectacular ocean views, complete with two private balconies, as well as a separate seating area. The master bath includes a dual shower head steam shower, king size soaking tub, vanity seat, and dual sinks. This level is completed with an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and full home office with expansive ocean views and french doors leading to a balcony that includes an outdoor fireplace. There is one double-car garage, Tesla charger and plenty of space for off street parking. The casita includes it’s own private entrance and has a queen bed, living room, full bathroom, and wet bar to accommodate additional guests!
