- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
- PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.
- NO elevator. Stairs only.
- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.
- You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 14 steps to reach the second floor.
- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.
This unit is on the first floor, but you will have to go up several steps to get to first floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 4.

We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

Terrace was beautiful! Especially in the morning, with coffee from a nearby cute cafe! Which brings me to the location, it was very central, and in a good neighberhood. Parking was easy. Interior design was beautiful, complete amenities of the hosue. Very responsive hosts. Overall, solid excellent experience

Had a great stay here for 5 nights for a tradeshow. Very clean and niceley renovated building constructed on the early 1900's. Full size new fridge, stove, microwave, keurig/carafe coffee maker (they include 6 coffee pods which was a very nice touch) and washer and drier. Bed was TOO comfortable. I didn't want to leave it in he morning :).It has a nice garden lounge outside in the front.I was able to walk to the convention center and Fry's grocery store which were about 1 mile. The owner was very responsive to questions. Street parking is very limited. Great price (the more nights you book the less it gets). Serure gates.
