Set beside the emerald shores of the Texas Gulf Coast, this charming cottage boasts a beachfront location and access to a wealth of on-site amenities including two pools heated during our cooler season, a cabana bar, a restaurant, and an Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course with an additional 3-hole loop.

The bright, beautiful interior features lofty ceilings, strong natural lighting, and a suite of modern amenities furnished for complete home comfort. The gleaming open-concept kitchen is equipped with an impressive array of chef's grade appliances including a large gas range. The back deck offers scenic views of the golf course, while the front balcony makes a great spot for morning coffee. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
