Overall it was a nice place. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and our 3 dogs. I think it could have been cleaned better. There were dog treats under the couch and rug that we found. But would suggest this place to others.

Has everything you need!

Came down for my sons wedding and ended up having to cook last minute. Was so grateful the kitchen was equipped for our needs. Plenty of room to have a family stay. Highly recommend

We spent Christmas away from home for the first time, walking in we immediately felt at home. 24 hour gas station right across the way. Center location perfectly placed just close enough to Branson,Springfield and many other places. Neighbors were friendly, host was fantastic. We will be staying again in the future! Highly recommend

Great little home close to downtown.

I was traveling from Arizona to Michigan doing a move. This location worked out due to location. I was pleasantly surprised, the neighborhood was good, and while an older home, the place was clean and updated very nicely. Plenty of room, fenced in yard, close to a quaint little downtown with great restaurants.

Stay in Webb City

This stay was great, big house so took awhile for it to cool off especially with it being 95 outside! Super easy to contact people if we needed anything and was secure with two separate locks. Ended up forgetting something after check out and they were willing to let me go back and grab it! Thanks for the stay.

Perfect space for what we were looking for

Cute little house with ton's of sleeping space. Perfect for my volleyball team! Everything was very nice and updated! Super clean! Enough pillows, towels, blankets, etc. for the whole team. It was really nice having the washer and dryer to wash uniforms. Beds were comfortable, location was convenient. Emily was super easy to talk to and quick to respond. We would stay here again!

The house was very clean and easily accessible. Inquired as to if there was parking and was told yes. Did not tell me that there are two spots for the house ( which is multiple rentals on same property) and it was first come first serve. The blinds in master bedroom was busted and at eye level. The front storm door came out of frame when we opened for a door dash order. Both of these were reported via messages in the app but were never addressed by owner. We were able to push the door back in place but wouldn’t lock. I was able to set a suitcase near the master bedroom window and placed a pillow in front of broken blinds. There was no ice maker and was not told so we had to leave to get ice. Will not rent from this owner on the future.

Girls getaway

We came in town for a hair class. Thought we would be able to walk to places to eat from the property but we could not. We were able to get an Uber, so that was nice. The house was set up differently than expected but it worked. It is a very drafty old house and the upstairs got FREEZING. The couch is not comfortable at all and I would not have wanted to sleep on it. There are no extras at this rental at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash. It also smells like pets.

This home has the PERFECT location for anything you'd like to do in the Webb City or Joplin area. Just a couple of minutes off of where highways171 and 49 meet, this home is right across the street from King Jack Park and the statue of the praying hands. Within a 10-15 minute drive, every type of food or coffee option is available. Don't even get us started on the antique shopping options!

In the opposite direction, the historic and trendy downtown Webb City has so much to offer. Boutiques, food options, coffee and even a historic theater all line Main Street just a few blocks north of this house.

And not even a 10 minute drive away you'll find the legendary 66 Drive-In Theater. From March to October this iconic drive-in theater plays a double feature every weekend for super affordable prices.

Need to work while you're here? We have two separate spaces for just that and 5G internet.

Don't want to work while you're here? The 65" TV in the living room and the double couches allows for the coziest movie marathon. Or you can start a Tiki Toss tournament upstairs in the loft. Grab a book and snuggle into the nook upstairs or enjoy some gorgeous weather out in the fenced yard with your pet. Whatever you decide, we guarantee you'll be comfortable doing it!
