Downtown loft in the heart of Tuscaloosa. The building is located on University Blvd in downtown Tuscaloosa and is walking distance to UA, stadium, restaurants, and bars. This unit is on the second floor, with one flight of stairs. There is street parking available and also a free public parking deck a block away.

The master bedroom has a TV, king bed, two nightstands, two chairs, closet, and two windows overlooking the downtown bar scene. Bedroom 2 has a full bed, closet, and two nightstands. Each bedroom has its own half bath. There is one shared shower/tub room that has a private entry from each half bath. Towels, linens, soaps, shampoo/conditioner will all be supplied during each stay. The living room has a small couch, one chair, and a large TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, plates, Keurig, and some spices. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for your use. Wifi is available.

PLEASE NOTE this loft is located in the downtown entertainment district and can be noisy late at night. We do furnish box fans in each bedroom to help.
