The Space:
The Loft is on the 2nd floor of the detached garage. Only accessible by stairs.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

There is a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture.

The "garage" gameroom has ping pong, foosball, darts, and bicycles for you to enjoy!

Guest Access:
The guests have full access to the 2nd-story garage apartment and it's backyard.

Guests have shared access to the gameroom and laundry room. These spaces are first come, first serve.

Across the street from Schlitterbahn.
Walking distance to float the Comal (less than 1 mile).
5 minute drive to Gruene Hall.

Home is located next door to hospital.
