Experience the best Utah has to offer in our condo with room for all your family and/or friends. Nestled in the mountains, this condo is conveniently located near highway on and off ramps for easy access. Snow Basin, a world class ski resort, is only 8 miles away. Some of the best downhill skiing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing in the world surrounds Mountain Green. In the summer months enjoy water sports, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. Local ski resorts include Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley.
Local water ways include Pineview Reservoir, East Canyon Reservoir, Causey Reservoir, Weber River, and Ogden River.
Our condo has two hot tubs, a swimming pool, and two pickle ball courts. The common area has two gas barbecues, a dining area, and an outdoor gas fireplace. This is an excellent spot for family gatherings.
The space
There are 7 beds (three bedrooms) and a sofa bed (upstairs family room) available.
Bedroom 1 Main Floor
Master suite has a king size bed, TV, private bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 Upstairs
King size bed, walk in closet, and access to the hall bathroom.
Bedroom 3 Upstairs
The bunk room has two full beds, two twins beds a private bathroom, and walk in closet
Upstairs Family Room
This beautiful decorated family room has a 65" TV and an electric fireplace. The leather couch is a queen sized pull out bed. The adjoining game room is a place for the family to gather for fun.
There is an upstairs laundry room as well as a downstairs washer and dryer.
The mud room is an excellent place to store your shoes, boots, coats, gloves and hats.
Kitchen
The kitchen has every thing needed for you to cook up a feast. The floor plan is an open concept that leads from the kitchen to the dining room and living room. The living room is a great place to unwind and enjoy a movie on the 65" TV.
Family room and game room.
The family room is a great place for the family together for movies, games, and the warmth of an electric fireplace.

There is an attached 2 car garage available to use.

Hi my name is Scott Giles. I am the owner of this beautiful condominium nestled in the mountains of Mountain Green Utah. If you are an adventure seeker this is the place for you. Some of the best skiing in the world is only a fifteen minute drive. My favorite sporting adventure is paragliding. One of the best paragliding locations in the world is only an hour away. The Point of the Mountain Flight Park in Draper Utah is the home of many world class paragliding pilots. It's also a great place to just watch the sunset!!
