-Kitchen: Fully renovated, equipped with a Keurig and drip coffee maker
-Extra Features: Washer and dryer in unit, both bathrooms equipped with blow dryers, sliding doors in main rooms open to balcony

The Beach Club community is oceanfront, with easy access to the pool and beach. A short 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) leads to dining options like Fiddlers, CrabDaddys, The Crab Trap, Barrier Island Brewery, and Beachcomber BBQ. St. Simons Village is only 1.5 miles by bike or a pleasant walk for boutique shopping and dining.

Parking is directly below the unit, requiring one flight of stairs to your front door. Elevators are available throughout the property.

It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
