Diese luxuriöse Wohnanlage am Meer befindet sich in der geschlossenen Anlage Sea Point Lodge, einem der schönsten Anwesen auf Saint Simons Island. Die Suite auf der 2. Etage ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Sie ist 200 Quadratmeter groß und im Shabby-Chic-Stil eingerichtet. Sie verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Innenhöfe, eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und GerĂ€te aus Edelstahl. Sie können den Strand besuchen, ohne eine Straße zu ĂŒberqueren, oder die Restaurants, GeschĂ€fte und Kunstgalerien des Dorfes und des Piers besuchen, die alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. WIFI inklusive, Haustiere nicht erlaubt.

Wohnung ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Es befindet sich im 2. Stock ĂŒber dem ĂŒberdachten Parkplatz. Beinhaltet WLAN. Wir akzeptieren keine Haustiere.

Great property in a great location. One of the best stays we have had in many years of visiting the island. Great layout with plenty of space. I liked the en suite in the second bedroom--not having to go out in the hall to use the restroom. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Outstanding adult (55) vacation. The residents were very friendly and respectful and quiet. Cleanliness was very good. I would encourage the property management company secure both gates that lead to the parking garage.

Overall this was an amazing property. I felt like I was at home. It was clean and well maintained. The property manager communicated within minutes of texting any questions. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The building was in close proximity to everything. I loved being able to walk out to the beach everyday. You will enjoy your stay. Girl getaway

Condo unit was clean and location was great.. love the pool being oceanfront and ease of walking right onto beach.. However, will NEVER rent again from Emmons Realty.. key lock box did NOT work properly and NO RESPONSE AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS TO RENTAL COMPANY FOR OVER 1 1/2 hours after driving in pounding thunderstorm to get there.. Finally had teenage girl come by to let us in after I required someone meet us and get us inside unit.. once inside A/C was Not operating.. thanks to Blake, maintenance guy called to come for lock box entry. He was able to get A/C working in second floor unit when 110 degrees outside.. Felt sure owner would check on us next day or sometime during our stay.. possibly giving us dinner gift card ? Something? Phone call ? For our horrible check in procedure.. back home now and still NO CONTACT FROM OWNER OF RENTAL AGENCY

We absolutely loved our stay here and are trying to figure out when to come back. Your truly steps away from the beach which wasn’t crowded (for July). Once inside, it’s really quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors the whole time we were there. It’s clean, well-stocked with everything you need so do yourself a favor and book this place! It’s the BEST place we’ve stayed in SSI and we’ve been here six times.

Sea Point Lodge is the best property on the island, if you are looking for a beach vacation. The property is very well maintained, with secured parking in the ground level garage. The pool is just the right size for a family with young children, and we’ve often had it all to ourselves. The location couldn’t be any better, with gated access to one of the largest beaches on the island, and easy walking distance to the pier village, lighthouse and museum, and the east beach area. The unit itself is also reasonably well maintained. The furniture is comfortable, the utilities are in good condition, and there are plenty of plates, glasses, bowls, utensils, small kitchen appliances, etc. Basically everything you might need to truly settle in and live for a few weeks is all right there. A couple of very minor issues: there’s no remote control for the garage gate, so you need to enter the code each time you enter. Also, the last couple of times that we’ve stayed in this unit, the hide-a-bed in one of the sofas was inoperable. Overall, we love the location and the unit. And we plan to return again and again.
