Great location, well stocked with essentials. There was a slight stale odor as I have a sensitive nose, maybe the unit needs an air filter replaced or humidifier. Overall, great stay!

We hope it wasn't to bad during your stay, and we certainly would have promptly thaken care of it during your stay if you had let us know. Fantastic stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t have been better. Such easy access to the beach and pool. The unit was clean and HUGE. Everything is set up for you. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Host and Location

Can’t say enough good things about the experience. The hosts are great and the location is right next to the pool, grill/cafe, and beach. Only small downside is you can’t actually see the ocean from the condo because there are sand dunes blocking the view. You’re so close to the beach however it really doesn’t matter. There’s plenty of lawn for kids to play in right outside the condo as well, which is why I chose the room.

The condo unit was very clean when we arrived and the distance to the beach was fanstastic. Some of the furniture seemed a little worn (recliner has yellow stains). My biggest complaint with the unit was the lack of a pantry. We had to keep everything non-refrigerated on the counters. Other than that it was a nice condo.My largest complaint was the description of amentities available. We booked it thinking we had access to multiple pools including a bar and restaurant right on the property. We were also told we had access to the Sandestin trolley. Neither were the case. There is some local politics happening between The Tides and Beach Manor. We did get in contact with a shuttle service that was awesome and could take us where we wanted to go within a close proximity. If you plan to stay here, rent a car or be prepared to Uber or us a shuttle service. The pool we DID have access to was very clean and nice. It just didn't have anything else we wanted. If you are looking for a very nice, clean and close access to the beach property where you are staying close by, this is a great unit.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes, unfortunately, the issues between Tops'l Master Association and another entity has caused some amenity issues. Most of us are frustrated just like you as a guest. We wish we could have changed it once it all happened. We will look and see what we can do on the pantry space. Thank you for letting us know.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely everything about our stay at Beach Daze was perfect!! The first floor location and access to the beach walkway was perfect for my mom. The unit was beautifully decorated and included an abundance of supplies (dish and laundry detergent, some coffee and creamer, garbage bags & etc). They also provided two small beach chairs and umbrella along with some toys for the grands to play with on the beach. There was activities daily for the kids and an awesome fireworks show on the beach which was nice. We also enjoyed the mini golf. We only had one minor issue with the unit and that was the ice maker. But Breathe Easy responded promptly and even provided us with some bagged ice. Communication with them from start to finish was exceptional. We will definitely be back!
